Information security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the information entrusted to us. Access to client information is limited to those who need it to deliver our services, and we continually review our processes to ensure they remain appropriate as technology and security standards evolve.
Artificial intelligence
AI plays an important role in many of our services, including Always On and our commercial AI consultancy. Where AI is used, it is designed to support people, not replace them.
We carefully consider security, privacy and responsible AI use when selecting technologies and designing client solutions. This mirrors the standards set out in our Editorial Process & Research Standards.
Data protection
We are committed to complying with applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Where international data transfers are necessary, appropriate contractual safeguards are used to help protect personal information.

Always On
Always On has been designed with security and privacy in mind. Each deployment is configured for the individual organisation, using its own knowledge, processes and commercial objectives rather than shared data.
