What this policy covers
This policy explains how Plan Grow Do Ltd ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you use our website at plangrowdo.com, contact us, subscribe to our communications, or interact with our AI assistant. It is written to comply with the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
Our AI platform, Always On, is a separate product with its own dedicated Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. Where this website connects to Always On (for example, our chat assistant and enquiry form), we explain that below.

The data controller for this website is Plan Grow Do Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 12458083), registered office Unit 6, Vincent Works, Brough, Sheffield S33 9HG.

The personal data we collect
Information you give us
- Enquiries & forms. When you complete our enquiry form or contact us, we collect your name, email, company and the details of your message.
- Chat with Sally. When you use our AI assistant (Sally), we process the messages you send and our responses, so we can answer your questions and route your enquiry.
- Newsletter & updates. If you subscribe, we collect your email address (and any name you provide).
- Bookings. If you book a call, we collect the details you provide to arrange it.
Information we collect automatically
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser). This relies on cookies, see our Cookie Policy.
- Server logs. Our hosting keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser) for security and reliability.
We do not knowingly collect special category data through this website, and we ask that you do not share sensitive personal information in forms or chat.
How we use your data, and our lawful bases
- To respond to you and provide our services, replying to enquiries, arranging calls and providing information you request. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests, or taking steps to enter into a contract.
- To operate the Sally assistant, answering questions and routing enquiries. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests in helping visitors, and your engagement with the tool.
- To send you marketing and updates where you have subscribed, via Klaviyo. Lawful basis: your consent; you can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand and improve the site, using analytics. Lawful basis: your consent to non-essential cookies.
- To keep records and meet legal obligations. Lawful basis: legal obligation and our legitimate interests.
Artificial intelligence & automated processing
We build and use artificial intelligence, and we believe in being open about it. This is how AI relates to your data on this website.
Sally, our AI assistant. The chat assistant on this site is powered by our Always On platform. When you chat, your messages may be processed by AI to understand your question, provide a helpful answer and route your enquiry to the right person. Sally is powered by leading large-language models, currently Anthropic's Claude, and we may also use Google Gemini. That processing is governed by the Always On Privacy Policy.
AI-assisted research and content. We use AI to help research, structure and refine some of the content we publish. As set out in our Editorial Standards, AI assists our work; it does not replace human judgement, and a named person remains accountable for what we publish.
Advisory, not automated decisions. AI outputs are advisory. We do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you using solely automated processing. You can always reach a human, just email rob@plangrowdo.com.
The Always On platform
Always On is our separate AI-powered commercial platform. The Sally assistant and enquiry form on this website connect to Always On (hosted at alwayson.plangrowdo.com) to process your message and route it to us.
If you are an Always On customer or a user of the platform, the personal data within the platform is governed by the Always On Privacy Policy and, where we act as a processor for a client, our Data Processing Agreement, rather than this website policy.
International transfers
Some of our providers process data outside the UK. Klaviyo, Google, and the AI model provider used by our Always On platform may transfer data to the United States; Always On's core data storage, email and hosting are EU-based. Where data leaves the UK, the transfer is protected by an adequacy decision or by appropriate safeguards such as the UK's International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep your data
We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it, and then securely delete it.
- Enquiries and chat: kept while we deal with your enquiry and for our legitimate business records. We review the personal data we hold periodically and keep it no longer than necessary.
- Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe.
- Analytics: retained according to our Google Analytics settings.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to: access your data; have it corrected; have it erased; restrict or object to its processing; data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email rob@plangrowdo.com. We will respond within the time limits set by law.
How to complain
If you have a concern about how we handle your data, please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the UK's supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk.
